I know I can just delete and re-add my personal account, but I was hoping to avoid having to wait hours for it to sync years of email. Mail > Preferences > Viewing > Use Smart. Is there another way to reorder the accounts in the Mac version? To display the email address next to the from name, just switch off Use Smart Addresses in the Mail preferences. But that doesn't work on the Mac version. In the PC version of Outlook I can just drag one account above another. Right below the option, you can read a note: Turn this off to always display names and addresses. You can see an option: Use Smart Addresses with a checkbox.
